    Could this be the unicorn we're all looking for?

    Friendly service and a fantastic swimming pool with waterslides. The kids had a blast! Breakfast is a good spread, ensuring everyone finds something to enjoy.

    While the atmosphere is lively, noise from children often disrupts the relaxation sought after a day on the slopes. The bathroom facilities could be updated for better comfort and convenience.

    More fun than I expected!

    The room was spacious with fine mountain views, and the swimming pool was a hit with the kids. Breakfast offered a plethora of delicious options. The off-site thermal spa was a highlight. Friendly staff.

    Perfect hotel in a GREAT and lovely location very close to the ski area with quick access due to shuttlebus. Spacious and well priced room with a mountain view. Location so close to the Gondola and main drag in town and other great restaurant.

    The hotel is ver nice, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly and the food was allright. A good hotel!

    There was an extra cost for the safe, and I think that was a little strange. The breakfast wasn't the same over the weekend and over the weekdays. There was no buffet breakfast on monday, which wasn not that nice.

    Really good aqua park, pleasant and warm ambiance, convenient shuttle to gondola

    General maintenance of facilities could use improvement!!! Room decor reflects a tired aesthetic!!! Parking options are limited!!! The atmosphere can feel chaotic due to families with children!!! Spa services should be better communicated!!!

    The Executive Suite with Mountain View was super spacious and had a comfy bed, made it easy to sleep well after a long day. The bathroom was nice, with both a bath and shower, which I loved. Plus, the views of the mountains right from the room were just amazing and made waking up a treat. Though the lack of cooking supplies was a bit of a letdown, the overall comfort of the room definitely stood out.

    We were couple with 1 kid. The price in the booking wasn't final. We were charged for child, while nothing in the booking confirmation warned about it. Price in booking must be final, since I stated all details in reservation
